Project Description

PT OTSIT Group Indonesia and its contractors will develop a 200 Hectare area of land in Tangerang, Indonesia.

This will be known as the Tigaraksa Community Housing Project and will be complete with all associated facilities and infrastructure.

 The location of the project is approximately 37 km from Jakarta and         23 km from Jakarta International airport.  

The project will be designed, and built, in four phases, each phase will utilize approximately 50 hectares of land;

Phase1 will incorporate six housing clusters with a total of 2,957 homes. Mixing Social, Affordable, Mid and High market homes. As well as a 46,718 sqm commercial area, consisting of over 100 retail and FB outlets.

Phase 2 to 4 will be addental 16 housing clusters containing at total of 7,050 homes.

PT OTSIT Group aims to enhance the quality of life by developing - Smart, Renewable, Sustainable, Communities (SRSC)

This will include Social, Affordable and Midrange housing, Collaborative Schools, Smart Tech/Trade Colleges, Smart Infrastructure, Solar Community Solutions, Floating Solar Solutions, EV Charging Facilities, Hydrogen Energy Solutions, Waste Recycling Solutions and Community Based ESG.
