People will be trained as apprentices to build affordable housing and offer all required work skills within the community, alongside experienced trade-professionals.

Work & Education is a segment of the project through which OTSIT Group will finance new trade Apprenticeships. This will support underprivileged communities as well as community members with low income to receive the required education in order to perform sustainable and good-quality work within the community. The more people we educate as sustainable construction workers the more homes with the community we build.
